Learn how poultry protein and fat products are produced, product definitions, and the latest research information on feeding to various species.

Dr. Pesti is professor of poultry science and animal nutrition at the University of Georgia, where he teaches undergraduates and graduate students and conducts research. He has published over 100 journal articles and many more popular press articles on several aspects of poultry nutrition including the nutritional value of poultry by-product meals and fat sources for poultry. He is the author of "Animal Feed Formulation, Economics and Computer Applications" and "Raising Healthy Poultry" (which has English, Spanish and French editions). He is also a Teacher Fellow of the National Association of Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture.
