Fowl Processor Council

The objectives of the Fowl Processor Council are to study fowl processing, identify research needs, and recommend speakers and activities to the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association's board of directors. The council helps establish specifications for fowl products and helps identify marketing opportunities.
